Application Process:
- Read through the rental criteria in the property listing and the applicant qualifications on the application page before beginning your application.
- Each adult planning on occupying the property is required to apply.
- Respond to any requests from Leasing for additional information as quickly as possible so your application can be processed.
- Leasing will notify you once your application is approved or denied.
- Leasing operates on a first come, first served basis. The first application approved will be offered the property and asked to pay a holding fee to reserve the property. If you do not pay the holding fee within 24 hours, leasing will offer the next approved application that opportunity.
- Once the holding fee is paid, Leasing will send the lease agreement to be signed. The lease must be signed within 3 days or the property will be reopened to applicants.
- Your application is good for 90 days so if you do not to lease the initial property applied for, you can apply for any of our available properties for 90 days free of charge.
If you apply and would like a copy of the credit, background and eviction report run by the 3rd party, please reach out to leasing and we will email it to you. If you have questions about rental criteria, please contact us, and we will be happy to explain exactly what a specific property is looking for.
