In the questionnaire below we are looking for basic information on what you are an expert in and what type of work you are not willing or wanting to do. The best thing you can do is fill this out completely and with as much information as possible. When we have a property that needs an issue fixed we check our vendor list here first. There is no need to email or call us because we always go to vendors who applied through here first.

In general we are looking for honest, hardworking vendors who are responsive. But we have specific criteria (see above) we require so approvals and payment goes smoothly with the property owners we represent.
Applying through this site is the best option. If you call or email us directly we will ask you to apply online. Applying online is the fastest path to getting work — it keeps things organized and makes it easier for us to match you with the right jobs.
When we get new vendors we like to test them out and get quotes on a new project. If they are competitive we will give them a shot, if they are not competitive we will provide feedback.
We pay quickly through ACH transfers, credit card or check.
It all depends on the quality of your work and our need for it. We reach out to vendors only when a project comes up. If you are dependable, honest and hardworking you can expect to hear from us all the time.
Yes, it is important that when you apply you answer all of the things you do and do not do. We do not like applicants who say they do “everything” and then we call them for a project and suddenly they don’t like to unclog a toilet. Please be detailed in your application so that we do not waste your time or ours.
