Shane Franklin Rogers

Founder/Operations Manager

Shane is the owner and founder of Pyramid Property Management. After starting and growing a successful e-commerce business he moved to Salt Lake City and became a real estate investor. Finding it frustrating to find a property management company that didn’t nickel and dime its customers he started Pyramid Property Management.


Pyramid has been steadily growing, focusing on providing excellent customer service, open communication, and low prices to its owners and clients. Shane lives in Holladay, Utah, with his wife and three children. In his spare time he likes to play golf, invest in the stock market and spend time with his family.


Shane and his team are hands on, responsive and communicative ensuring you are a happy customer. 

Steven Akerlow

Principal Broker

With an impressive tenure of nearly three decades in real estate development, management, and sales, Steven boasts a rich background encompassing both commercial and residential sectors. Throughout the majority of his career, he has been a pivotal figure in the private sector, specializing in the creation of sustainable infill and mixed-use communities, coupled with securing financing for these impactful projects. Steven's influence extends to serving major commercial clients as well as assisting numerous homebuyers and sellers across the Wasatch Front.

Holding both a BA and an MBA from the University of Utah, Steven has a solid foundation that complements his hands-on experience.


Furthermore, Steven's credentials include being an NDC Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and holding a Real Estate Principal Brokers license for the State of Utah. His active involvement in industry leadership, demonstrated by his role as the past Chair of the Utah Bankers Association CRA Committee and participation in various committees and boards, showcases his dedication to advancing the real estate landscape in Utah.

Adriana Amezquita

Project Manager

Adriana is a business manager with a strong background in project management and customer service in various industries. From the music industry to construction industry, she has managed departments and projects that helped her  fully develop her problem-solving skills. Her experience, combined with her background as a family business owner, has given her a solid understanding of the mindset of owners and investors. Adriana lives in Downtown Salt Lake City and enjoys visiting lakes, parks, different cities and restaurants with her family.


When Adriana joined Pyramid Property Management, she found the perfect opportunity to apply her knowledge and follow her passion for customer service. Pyramid stands out from its competitors by treating its clients' assets as their own and building trust along the way. Not only acting as a service provider but also understanding the point of view of an owner and responding to their needs and concerns.



Eddie Orozco

Property Manager

Eddie Orozco is a real estate professional based in Salt Lake City, UT. He currently resides in Syracuse, UT, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three wonderful kids. As a family, they love spending time outdoors, camping, and exploring new places, especially in search of the best food!


Eddie joined Pyramid Property Management in February 2025. With seven years of experience in real estate, he has focused primarily on property management and real estate sales. He has a passion for helping investors with their property purchases and takes pride in being part of their real estate journey. Always looking to grow and build more connections in the industry, he is dedicated to expanding his expertise.


Outside of work, Eddie is driven by his goal of helping others—whether it’s finding their home or maximizing their investments. He is committed to being more than just a property manager; he strives to be someone his clients can trust and rely on.
