How the Agent Partner Program Works
1. Refer your client
Introduce us to property owners who plan to rent their single-family home, duplex, or apartment complex.
2. We manage the property
Your client partners with Pyramid and we take care of tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, and legal compliance.
3. You get paid
Once rent collection begins, you earn a referral bonus equal to two months of our management fee (8.33% of rent).

Example
If monthly rent on a single family home is $2,000:

Referral fees are paid to licensed real estate brokers in accordance with Utah state law. If you are an agent, the fee will be issued through your broker.
Referral payout is issued after management agreement execution and rent collection begins. We will email you when your client signs and again when rent collection begins to let you know the fee payout amount.

Our pricing is only one month’s rent (paid over 12 months), which is equal to 8.33%. For this, you get full-service property management with no hidden fees.
